Resources
Trauma affects each of us differently, impacting our nervous system in unique ways. We’ve created this space to meet you where you're at. Our resources are organized around the three key nervous system states based on Dan Siegel’s Window of Tolerance model.
The Window of Tolerance helps us to understand how our bodies and minds respond to stress and emotional triggers. It represents the zone where we can process emotions, think clearly, and stay balanced. High levels of stress or trauma-related triggers can push us outside of this window, leading to two common states, hyperarousal (fight or flight) and hypoarousal (shutdown).
Name your State: Regulate!
Before diving into the resources, we invite you to check in with yourself—or, take your inner temperature — to assess which nervous system state you're currently in. Knowing where you are at can help you to choose the tools to best support you in the moment.

Hyperarousal (Fight or Flight): If you’re feeling anxious, panicked, overwhelmed, or in a state of heightened activation, these tools will help you to “Tame the Flame” and ground in the present moment.
Within the Window of Tolerance: If you’re feeling connected to your mind and body, and able to engage with the present moment, these resources will help you to “Nourish & Flourish”, and reinforce your resilience.
Hypoarousal (Freeze or Shut Down): If you’re feeling disconnected, numb, or withdrawn, these resources are designed to “Ease the Freeze” and gently guide you back to your body and the present moment.
